When I am hurt, like an animal, I like to lick my wounds. I
close up, watch what is going on inside, look what need to be healed and start
to work on it. I do not stay in that state of hurt. Sometime it take a little
while to get out of it, then I say to myself that it is not a good to hold on
to negative feelings (that’s how dis ease are showing up in our body). I have
a few coping mechanism, sometime just talking to a friend is helping, sometime,
time alone is the best and my last one that I found was getting a dog. It helps
me to stay in the moment and with a clear mind it help me to decide which
course of action to take.
